Warranty Work
Unfortunately, problems do arise even with the best of product lines. In order to offer you the fastest warranty service possible, our manufacturers have asked that they be in direct contact with you to get your problem resolved. If they do not handle your warranty claim in a timely manner and you have purchased the item directly through Vergona Outdoors LLC, please let us know. We will be happy to contact the manufacturer, on your behalf, to help get the problem resolved. Here is a partial list of our preferred manufacturers:
 

Returns
We want completely satisfied customers, and want you to shop with confidence with Vergona Outdoors LLC.
We will accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item was purchased in the last 14 days.
• The item must be in brand new condition in the complete original packaging.
• All website returns are for a refund of the product cost only (not shipping) and are not for an exchange.
• A copy of the original cash register receipt must accompany the return whether purchased through our physical store or website.
• We charge a 20% of total price restocking fee to cover our costs, fees, etc.
• If you need a repair or replacement, please contact the manufacturer.  Items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the Warranty Work section above.
• Please refer to individual product listings as some items have a specific return policy.

Shipping

• Your website purchase will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
• We offer free shipping in the continental United States only.  For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico purchases, please contact us at sales@vergonaoutdoors.com for a shipping quote prior to making a purchase.
• We do use USPS Priority Mail for many of our shipments, so please include your P.O. Box if you have one.

Pricing and Specifications

We recognize inadvertent product specifications and/or pricing errors can occur and we reserve the right to cancel any order until the point of delivery that involves inaccuracies, unforeseen inventory deficits, jurisdiction restrictions, quantity limitations, fraud prevention measures and/or any other reason that prohibits a lawful merchandise transaction. Customers will be contacted should any such issue occur and reimbursement will be readily issued as applicable.

• Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.
• Typographic, photographic, descriptive and/or pricing errors are subject to correction.
• Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state, or local laws.
• We reserve the right to limit product quantities.
• Products purchased before or after a sales event are not eligible for reimbursement.
• All prices quoted in US Currency.
